OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN
THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICE
INTERRUPTIONS, INCLUDING GOOGLE API OUTAGES

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AXIOM 7 APPLIED RESEARCH,
LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages,
losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights, including Google’s terms
Any content or data you process through the Service

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at
support@a7ar.com
or through your account settings.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Fail to pay applicable fees
Use the Service in a way that causes harm to us or other users
Violate Google’s terms or other third-party service terms

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will cease
We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Your Google API authorizations may be revoked
Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in
effect

12. Data Export and Portability

Before account termination, you may request an export of your automation
configurations. We will provide this data in a portable format within 30 days
of your request, subject to technical limitations.

13. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our
Service, including:

Data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Export control and economic sanctions laws
Google’s terms and policies
Terms of other third-party services you integrate

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States,
without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or
federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.

14.3 Limitation Period

Any claims against us must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of
action arises.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
between you and us regarding the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining
provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Google-Specific Provisions

18.1 Google API Quota and Limits

Your use of Google APIs through our Service is subject to Google’s quota
limits and usage policies. We are not responsible for any limitations imposed
by Google on API usage.

18.2 Google Service Changes

Google may modify or discontinue their APIs at any time. We will make
reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes, but we are not liable for any
impact on your automations resulting from Google’s modifications.

18.3 Google Data Processing

When you use Google APIs through our Service, Google’s data processing
terms apply to the handling of your Google account data. You acknowledge that
both our Privacy Policy and Google’s privacy policies govern different
aspects of your data.

Acknowledgment: By using our Service, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and
our Privacy Policy.
